PLD 0-6 Years: Unlocking Enhanced Outcomes: The Synergy of Internal Evaluation and Teaching as Inquiry within the Professional Growth Cycle

Internal Evaluation is an area in ECE that continues to challenge many and is an identified area of focus that requires improvement from both the Education Review Office and the Ministry of Education.
Date: 13th March 2024

Through this workshop, Michela aims to offer you a way of engaging in this process so that it’s meaningful, impactful and actually makes a real difference. We’ll explore ways that centre leaders could drive this with limited time to maximise impact and look at a few examples that Michela has been through with her own teams.

This workshop will also look at how to weave MJ2X (Montessori Journey to Excellence) and the NELP (National Education and Learning Priorities) through this process.

This workshop will be delivered by Michela  Homer.
