She monitors centre quality by assessing and evaluating practice delivered to all tamariki to ensure equitable opportunities that enhance and promote learning. Kerry engages with centres and supports continuous improvement through reviews and Internal Evaluation. She enjoys helping kaiako to identify their teaching philosophy and helps them to bring this to life. Kerry is passionate about ensuring that kaiako prepare the best environment for tamariki. Part of this preparation is ensuring that kaiako are ready for their day and teach with intention.
Kerry has a Bachelor of education ECE, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a Montessori Diploma (AMI).
