This workshop will share the findings of a recent analysis of Akanuku | Assurance Review and Akarangi | Quality Evaluation reports, how they are progressing, what ERO is finding and provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on the implications for practice in their own early learning service. We will also explore the ‘learning conditions’ ( process indicators) (Ngā Akatoro: He Whāriki Motuhake | The learner and their learning and Whakangungu Ngaio | Collaborative professional learning builds knowledge and capability) and the continuum of practice associated with these.
The session will conclude with a discussion about what evidence might look like if your service was ready for an Akamatua | Evaluating Excellence and Innovation.
