Teacher to Join from Term 1, January 2023

Montessori Children’s House is a community-based centre located in the beautiful township of Wanaka. We are open 47 weeks of the year closing for a month at Christmas and the first week of the July primary school holidays.

We have an exciting opportunity for a warm, passionate and committed teacher to join our team from term 1, January 2023.

We provide quality Montessori education and are committed to providing an environment where tamariki are respected, valued and loved, promoting independence and encouraging a life-long love of learning.

The successful application will have:

Committed to, and passionate about, quality early childhood care and education.
Commitment to providing high quality early childhood care and education through ongoing reflection on, and evolution of, teaching practice and the learning environment.
An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to contribute to children’s planning and assessment and internal evaluations.
AMI 3 – 6 Diploma
