About us:
Licensed for 50 Tamariki, Grey Lynn Montessori is a boutique centre with a lovely homely feel. We offer an all-day Montessori Curriculum which supports and strengthens children’s ability to make their own discoveries and master skills at their own pace.
About you:
As a centre manager you will lead with heart and purpose – supporting and guiding a team of passionate teachers. You will be key in building strong community relationships, overseeing compliance management, mentoring and coaching and driving exceptional standards of teaching.
What we are looking for:
- You will hold a Level 7 ECE qualification with Full Teaching Registration
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- A passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whāriki
- Familiarity with the NZ Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics
- A strong understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels
