We are a purpose-built, community-based Montessori school with four casa classrooms and a beautiful outdoor environment and programme. Ours is a strong Montessori community linked to a nearby Montessori primary unit. Our classrooms are all well-resourced and led by an AMI trained kaiarihi (guide) and supported by 1-2 kaiako.
What we can offer you: We are passionate about quality Montessori with a commitment to PLD and continuous improvement. (We had 14 kaiako at the 2021 MANZ conference). We have a strong, supportive community of staff who inspire, support, mentor and share their learning and knowledge with each other.
What we are looking for: A passionate Montessori kaiarihi with excellent leadership, communication and team skills. NZ Teacher Certification preferred and AMI training required. (In the event we are unable to recruit an AMI teacher, we will consider other face to face trainings).
